Nicole Ari Parker, an American actress who has been featured in films and television and on stage is best known for portraying Teri Joseph, a flamboyant attorney in the show on Showtime called Soul Food. Contractor was born in Mumbai and resided in Nigeria during seven years experienced a variety of cultural experiences and travels at an early age.
